What Price Lock means

When you accept an offer through us, the amount you agree to is the amount you should be paid - in full, at pickup, before the car is loaded. The offer can only change if the car turns out to be materially different from what you told us. No vague "market adjustments," no surprise tow fees, no haggling in your driveway.

The honest fine print

We want to be straight with you about what we can and cannot promise. We are a lead service - we connect you with vetted buyers, but we do not personally drive the truck or carry the cash. So Price Lock works by favoring buyers who honor their written quotes, include free towing, and pay before loading. If a buyer breaks that, tell us and we will route you elsewhere.

The only fair reasons an offer should change are things you can control by describing your car accurately:

• The car does not run when you said it runs and drives.
• The catalytic converter is gone when you said it was present.
• Major parts (engine, transmission, wheels) have been removed.
• Title or ownership does not match what was described.

Describe the car honestly with our value calculator and there is nothing for a buyer to re-price.

How to protect yourself

• Get the offer in writing (text or email) before pickup.
• Confirm free towing is included and not deducted.
• Insist on payment at pickup, before the car is loaded.
