Use this page to exercise your privacy rights under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws. We will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframes the law requires.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to do any of the following:
- Know or access. Get a copy of the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of information, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties we sold or shared it with.
- Delete. Ask us to delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct. Ask us to fix inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. Tell us to stop selling or sharing your personal information with car buyers. See also our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, which describes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal we honor automatically.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit your request
Fill out the form below, or email us at privacy@junkcarvalue.com with the details of your request. To process your request, we may need to verify your identity by confirming information you provided when you submitted your details (for example, the name and phone number on your lead). We will only use that information to verify and respond to your request.
